Charges from Melio for issuing paper checks are coded to Melio Credit Card Fee. I changed the default expense category to something else but it won't use my default.

Thanks for becoming part of the Community, michelle-cramer-.

To verify my understanding, are you importing these transactions into your books through bank feeds or the Melio app?

Once I have this information I'll be able to do further research on my end. I'll be looking forward to your response. Have a wonderful day!

These charges are automatically input into QB when I pay a bill using the Bill Pay link in QB. I don't usenrhe Melio app. All the work I do is done in the QB online website.
