Chart of Accounts: Petty Cash - Why am I seeing a negative in my QB balance?

Click on 'View Register' on the Notarization Service line.  That will pull up the transaction that posted to that account.  Post a screenshot of the register and we can get you sorted out.

You attached a screenshot of your Chart of Accounts in your original post.  You need to attach a screenshot of your Notarization Service Register.  Please re-read my last post.  The register will show me why you have a negative balance.

I am not sure how to create a screenshot. I've also attached my Bank Register of Notarization Services as a pdf attachment. Please see the 2nd page. The two amounts are listed in the "Payment" column and I do not recall entering those amounts in that column. I attempted to correct the amounts by placing them in the "Deposit" column but the system will not allow me to (see 3rd page - shows message why edits are prohibited). When I click the "Edit" button it takes to me to the "Bank Deposit" page (see page 4). I am not sure what to do on page 4 - Bank Deposits. I hope that the additional information helps you to help me.
