Chart of Accounts

I'd be glad to help print a Chart of Accounts with sublevels, @LanieO.

In QuickBooks Desktop, we can run a report to show all accounts and their sub-accounts. From there, simply click the Print option to have a copy of it.

Here's how:

  1. Proceed to the Reports menu.
  2. Select List and choose Account Listing

  3. Click the Print dropdown icon.
  4. Choose Report.

  5. Set up your printing settings and click Print to complete the process.

You can also utilize this article on how to personalize your statement. You'll want to add filters to show additional data with your Chart of Accounts. Customize reports in QuickBooks Desktop.

If you want to make necessary changes to existing accounts or add new ones, you may refer to this resource for more info: Add, edit, or delete accounts. This helps track how much money comes in and out of your company.

Fill me in if you have other questions about printing accounts in QuickBooks. I'll be happy to lend a helping hand. Have a pleasant day!
