Client-Ready Payroll Report has Macros Disabled and no Enable option in 2022 QB Desktop Accountant

I just installed the 2022 QB Desktop Accountant from my 2021 program and use Enhanced Payroll. I've tried to use the Client-Ready Payroll Report but it gives me an alert that Macros are Disabled with no way to Enable them. I've tried several times to use the Trust Center Settings but it is not changing anything. I'm at my wits end and need some help on what to do. Thanks.
