we enter several rows of products/services into each invoice. QBO used to consolidate those rows into one. This new invoice update broke that feature. Anyone know how we can get that back or replicate it? This invoice update is such a disaster. Why would they do this??
Thanks for providing a detailed description of your concern, Wrmcm. I know managing your products and services in your invoices is essential. Allow me to guide you through consolidating the rows into one in the new invoice experience.

Create an invoice or use the custom template you created in an existing one. Please refer to the steps below:
The products/services will now be displayed in a single row if they have the same item and rate. If you already have existing invoices, please follow steps 3-5 to ensure you're using the template that enables you to merge the items.
