One user has 22 custom reports (lots of duplicates) and another user has 8 custom reports. Was told on 07/13/2022 that they were aware of this issue and system engineers are already aware of this issue and working to fix . Our account was added as "priority" yet we are still here waiting.

I can see how you want for your custom reports to be more consistent with your users. Once you're already added as one of the affected users of this issue, you should be able to receive updates with regards to the status of the case. I would suggest reaching out to our support team again so they can double-check if this has already been resolved, or if it's still in the process of fixing the issue. I've tried your suggestions to talk to a human and going on 3 hours of same repeated questions of "I understand you want to talk to someone- and I'm here to help you get to the right team. What do you need help with?" So so frustrating! How do I actually speak to a human to get issues resolved that we are paying for?

My Firm is experiencing the same problem immediately upon going to Quickbooks online. We opened a ticket with Quickbooks Advanced Support and all we are getting is a run around from support - not getting anywhere to fix the problem. We are told this is an ongoing problem and the "techs" are fixing the problem. I doubt that. I can not get a timeframe. As far as I am concerned this program is useless and garbage. We have users that have 10 copies of reports, 8 copies of a report, one copy of a report and so on. This is crazy and completely wrong. The program does not sync properly and needs to be corrected immediately. Why pay for a program when it does not work correctly.
Also the program spins and spins to get any feature to just work. It is crazy slow.
