Customer Reports

In QuickBooks Online, how do I print a summary report listing all Customers who have made a payment and show their name, mailing address, email, phone number.  (I only want the Customer listed once, not one line for each payment.)  We have a lot of Customers in QB who have not made payments-- I only want to see the ones who have made payments.  This is actually a donor listing as we are a non-profit organization.  Thanks in advance.

Customer Reports

You can pull up the Transaction List by Donorreport to show the customers who made their payments together with their contact details, gracebib. Let me guide you through the process of accessing this report.

The Transaction List by Donor report will show all types of transactions such as invoices, sales receipts, payments, refunds, and credits. To run this report, follow the steps below:

  1. From the left sidebar, click on Reports.
  2. In the search bar, type Transaction List by Donor and select it when it appears.
  3. Sort the dates and other details.
  4. Then, click the Customize button in the upper left corner.
  5. Go to the Rows/Columns dropdown and put a checkmark beside Date, Customer, Transaction Type, Amount, A/R Paid, Phone number, Delivery address, and Billing address.
  6. In the Filter column, choose Transaction Type and select Payments in the dropdown.
  7. Click Refresh report.
