Customer statements sent

Can generate statement that QuickBooks Online says were sent. Audit log show they were sent. None of my customers are receiving said statements??? Status of customers does not show "view error". Is this another feature that does not work with Simple Start?

In terms of compatibility with Simple Start, this feature should work seamlessly regardless of your subscription plan. Additionally, to further assist you with your problem, we would like to ask for more info about these:

 

  • Are there any errors you've encountered while creating the customer statement?
  • What specific steps have you taken in making a customer statement?
  • It will be appreciated if you can provide a screenshot.

Customer statements sent

As Stated everything works fine including "Statement sent successfully" message. They even appear in the audit and activity reports as sent, but none are coming thru to the customers including even me. Status does not show any error report either.

You'll want to ensure you've added the correct email address when sending statements to your customers in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Also, your customers can check their Spam or Junk folder to see if their statements are there.   1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Select either tab to get started:
  • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
  • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.
