Thanks for getting back, TAyers1257.
The data that is shown on the report depends on your set filters and its reporting period. Since some of the transactions aren't showing even though they should be included, I suggest running the Verify and Rebuild Data utilities to resolve this. Before doing so, ensure that you have the latest release of QuickBooks Desktop installed.
Let me walk you through a seamless process:
To verify, here's how:
- Go to Window then select Close All.
- From the File menu, select Utilities.
- Choose Verify Data.
Once done, you can proceed to rebuild it. Here's how:
- Go to File, Utilities, then select Rebuild Data.
- QuickBooks will ask you to make a backup before it rebuilds your company file. Follow the on-screen instructions to back up your data.
