Did anyone ever notice when QuickBooks tries to “ improve”something they make it worse?

I always keep my devices up-to-date. I have Fast Internet speeds and yet QuickBooks is always ******** around with things that work and when they’re finished it seems to be worse.

@JungleJr  It does make one wonder: At what point does a company begin legitimately engaging in 'Negging'?

Because man, I feel like we've lapped that point at least once.

I can see the challenges you've faced with the recent changes and updates to our software, Jungle. I know how important it is to navigate through QuickBooks Online (QBO) without difficulty and use it for your daily business needs.

QBO updates aim to improve user experience, add new features, and address customer feedback. Beforehand, I'd like to know which specific area of QBO you noticed the changes. Is it a new feature or interface? It'll help us review why this occurs. Adding a screenshot would be a great help, too.

Furthermore, please note that you can always get back on this thread by clicking the Reply button to share more details about the changes.

Finally, QBO offers various reports that allow you to analyze your sales and expenses. The data can provide valuable insights into your business performance and help ensure the accuracy of your financial records.

This thread is always open, and you can always get back to us and share your concerns about QuickBooks changes and how to navigate a specific part of the program.

In my 16 years of experience with Quickbooks I find they often roll out new software before it’s polished.
I know what user-friendly, polished software looks like. I found out around 2012 when I switched from PC to Mac and Android to iOS.
