Did anyone ever notice when QuickBooks tries to “ improve”something they make it worse?

@JungleJr  It does make one wonder: At what point does a company begin legitimately engaging in 'Negging'?

Because man, I feel like we've lapped that point at least once.

I can see the challenges you've faced with the recent changes and updates to our software, Jungle. I know how important it is to navigate through QuickBooks Online (QBO) without difficulty and use it for your daily business needs.

In my 16 years of experience with Quickbooks I find they often roll out new software before it’s polished. 
I know what user-friendly, polished software looks like. I found out around 2012 when I switched from PC to Mac and Android to iOS.
