Did QB change the way a customer sees an invoice? I have had two customers ask me for the details like the old invoices used to have??

The appearance of the sent invoices has always been the same, kathy.turner.

Since some of your customers' invoices have missing details, I'd suggest checking the template used for the transactions. Using a different one can change the details shown. I'll show you how.

1. Go to the Sales menu and then select Invoices.
2. Locate the invoice you've sent to your customers.
3. Click the drop-down menu under Action, then click select View/Edit.
   
4. Select the Gear ⚙ icon on the Invoice form.
5. On the Change what your customers see, review the details selected.
   
6. Select the Design section if you'd like to change the colors, font, and logo.
7. Under the Content section, check the details your customers would like to see.
8. You can also personalize the message your customers see in the Email section.
9. After that, click on Done.

You can also go to Custom form styles from the Gear icon to customize or create sales templates.
