Thank you for visiting us today in the Community. I can help you disconnect the sync between QuickBooks POS and QuickBooks Financial.
During the process of sharing data, we recommend not to add or edit items, customers, and vendors in POS to avoid discrepancies. If you wish to disconnect the sync, here are the steps you need to follow:
- Click File.
- Choose Preferences.
- Select Company.
- Click Financial.
- Make sure to remove the check on the Use with QuickBooks Financial Software box.
There are several causes of the duplication and many solutions which can resolve it. If you need further assistance, you can get in touch with our Point of Sale Support Team. They have extra tools, such as screen sharing to investigate this further.
