Does anyone else have a problem copying invoices in the app? I cannot copy any invoices anymore and have to make a new one for each of my clients.

Allow me to give some information on copying invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Donovan Macdonnell. I'll assure you to fix this together.

As per checking in our list, there is an ongoing investigation about (INV-97895)in iOS regarding copying invoice and our developers are currently checking on it.

 On getting email updates, contact our Care Support team to add your name to the list of affected users.

Here's how:

1. Log in to your QBO company.
2. Select Help (?).
3. Click Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:

• Start a chat with a support expert.
• Get a call back from the next available expert.

However, if you're using an update android device might clear cache on your QBO mobile application. Here are the steps you need to follow for Android:

1. Proceed to the Home menu or tap the three dots in the right upper right corner.
2. Select the Settings tab. 
3. Choose the Refresh Data option.
4. Pick Yes.
