Does anyone know how to create the remittance detail report for customers that have numerous invoices to pay? I need to download this to email it to my customers.

Does anyone know how to create the remittance detail report for customers that have numerous invoices to pay? I need to download this to email it to my customers.

Hi there, @aschipinski!

 

You can filter your Customer Balance Detail report by your customers and send it as an email attachment. I'm here to ensure you'll be able to accomplish this.

  1. Go to the Reports page.
  2. Under Who owes you, select Customer Balance Detail.
  3. Hit Customize.
  4. Click Filter, select Customers and Due Date.
  5. For Customers, choose a specific customer where you want to send this report and All Dates for Due Date.
  6. Select Run report.

This way, you'll have a report with all unpaid invoices. From there, you can click the Export button and save your report either an Excel or a PDF file. After saving your report, you can attach it to the email that you will be sending to your customers.

Lastly, you can save this customized report so you can easily pull this up when you need to send an email again to your customer. Just click the Save customization and you can find this report in the Custom reports tab.
