I have a related question. I have had a QBO, quickbooks online, account for years, but when I tried to add premium support recently, your system created a second company with precisely the same name. The new company has no data and, of course, is not the one on which I need the support. Any suggestions, or will they be able to support the old account via this subscription?
I appreciate your time posting here in the Community, @ORDPackFan. Let me provide some information on how to fix this.
The support will depend on what account it is linked to. That being said, you may want to transfer your transactions from the old to the new account. Here's a helpful article that you can read on for more details: Move your lists to QuickBooks Online.
Additionally, I encourage you to contact our support team. This way, they can check if they have the option to link the premium support to your old account. Otherwise, they can guide you in moving your transactions to the new one.
Here's how:
You'll want to manage your Online subscription. Please check out this reference for the details: Update billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.
