QBO has a lot of tools and add-ons that work together to make bookkeeping, invoicing, inventory, data entry, and more easier. These interfaces help small and medium businesses run smoothly.
Since we can't give you a specific app to use, here's how to find one in QBO or click this direct link: QuickBooks Online Application.

Hi just replying as I was in the same situation- tried searching connector or power automate and nothing works not for Microsoft Power Platform/D365 . Planning on creating a custom connector myself unless there is something on the QuickBooks immediate roadmap.
Have you checked the connector mentioned by 4Gal?
You can use it to connect MS Power Automate with QBO via OAuth 2.0
If Quickbooks Online already has the APIs created, why can't they just add a connector for Power Automate users?
I've been trying to create a custom connector with the assistance of AI, but running into issues with learning to use apiProperties and apiDefinition files to create the connector. I attempted to create a sandbox and production specific connector that prompts for the realmid and minorversion when a connection is made, but if I edit the connector via the web interface in anyway, it overwrites the code uploaded in those files. Again, it would seem a QBO Power Automate connector with all the API actions would fall right in line with helping ADMINS (not developers) integrate the QBO product with other solutions like Dataverse.
It has been over a year since this was asked. Has it been added to the roadmap yet?
Thanks!
This might be a double post, but I got an authentication error when I first attempted to post the following:

Hi, Rw_ga. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I understand how important streamlined integration tools are for admins like you, especially when connecting QuickBooks Online (QBO) to other platforms.
It’s clear that you've invested considerable time and effort learning the API specification and properties. While there aren’t any current updates on an official QBO Power Automate connector, I agree that such functionality would greatly simplify workflows and improve efficiency.
Since you’re working on a custom connector, I recommend sharing your ideas on the Intuit Developer Forum. This space isn't exclusively for software developers. It also serves as a hub where users and other experts actively collaborate, exchange insights, and offer guidance on APIs and integrations. Here's how:
1. Go to https://help.developer.intuit.com/s/
2. Select the QuickBooks Online tile.
3. Click the Ask a Question tab.
Feel free to post anytime if you have questions or want to share your best practices using the product.
