Does the Shopify Connector by QuickBooks provide Shopify sales as Sales receipts in QBO? thanks.

I'm here to share more information about Shopify and QuickBooks integration.

QuickBooks for Shopify allows you to seamlessly export all of your Shopify sales to QuickBooks. As a default, once you integrate QuickBooks and Shopify, orders will be exported as sales receipts.

Great! Thanks! Sometimes we have promotions that produce orders for $0 . We don’t need all those pulled into QBO. Is it possible to exclude those with the Shopify Connector?

Thanks for the follow-up, julian-gardentow. Allow me to share additional insights on how we can exclude these transactions from Shopify Connector and QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Since QuickBooks depends on the transactions linked from your Shopify account, I'd recommend checking those orders to confirm if these can be excluded before syncing them to QBO.

Additionally, if these orders appear as sales receipts in your QBO account, we can have them deleted to remove these from QuickBooks. Let me show you how:

1. Go to Sales from the left menu bar and select the All sales tab.
2. Choose the specific $0 transaction and click the dropdown icon under the Action column.
3. Select Delete.

If this transaction appears on the Banking tab, we can have them excluded. Here's how:

1. Click on Banking from the left menu bar, and choose the transaction.
2. Select Exclude.
