Ebay, Amazon, Etsy, BigCommerce integration?

I have been using QB Pro for years.  It takes way too much time for me.

I sell on Ebay, Etsy, Amazon & Big Commerce.  I also started selling LuLaRoe.

What is the best option for me to be able to integrate all the sales, fees, data from these sites?  Then get my banking info?  Should I switch to QB Self Employed?   Honestly, I don't even want to do this accounting stuff anymore.  My accountant's building caught fire and I can't get her to call me back.  I don't have time for this stuff.  Help!  Thank you.

We also sell on those sites and the way I record all the fees is to accept them through the bank feed or enter them off of your bank statement. If you need them to be divided to a certain account, then you would split the transaction to the correct account before accepting it. I find it easier that way then entering from the sites. Also the sales are recorded as they come into the bank. Hope this helps!! :)

What he said.

Just remember, deposits into your bank account from Amazon/Paypal/Etsy, etc. are NET sales.  You have to record GROSS sales.

The easist way, which is not all that easy, is to pull reports from each seller's account each month and record a journal entry.

Consider switching over to Quickbooks Online. You can set up your Amazon and Ebay accounts at least, as a bank account.  You can set up bank feeds and the transactions will automatically be downloaded.  You just have to "add" them to each account.  It's really easy.

Look for a QC Certified Specialist in your area, at least to get you started.

Hope that helps.

Sorry about your accoutant.

@amyamy2379  What i think of is you need an automated way of entering the Orders and fees in the QuickBooks as Transactions or expenses which will will ease your daily work and allow you to concentrate on your sales. There are tools available in the market which do provide these type of services. Webgility' Unify Enterprise is one of them which does that. Also there are other players like T-Hub or Entriwise . The advantage of Webgility is that they have cloud version and also desktop based version.

We sell in all those places as well and switched from Webgility to Greenback they import all our sales, taxes, fees, commissions in one shop making monthly reconciliation a breeze. And the fees and importing properly which I could not get working well on the lower versions of webgility

I think the best program out there is Big Red consulting . The program imports file exchange into excel then exports to QuickBooks. Worth checking out.
