Buy nowHi All!
I am frequently use spreadsheets from QB reports. We are hosted on a remote desktop. On my local desktop, we use office 365. When we first started the remote hosting through right networks, I wasn't able to do anything with the excel reports that I needed. We needed to get an excel add on package. Our office 365 subscription wasn't one that was compatible.
That was a few years ago. Now we are revaluating some things and I want to know if I can email excel reports to myself. Can I just skip the excel subscription all together? I rarely if ever even work with excel in the remote server anyways.
Can someone confirm if this will work for me?
Thanks!
In order to export reports to Excel, or to email them as excel workbooks, Excel has to be installed on the machine where QuickBooks is running.
Yes, if you want to use QuickBooks features that require Excel on the Right Networks computer.
