Hi there, JRudnick.
Exporting with formulas isn't an option due to data being formatted as text. When exporting reports, it will show the same information when you pull it up inside your QuickBooks account.
As a workaround, you can do the formula on the Excel file. Here's how:
- Within Excel, select an entire column.
- Go to the Data tab.
- Click Text to Columns.
- Click Next twice, then Finish.
You can get the data that matters to you most. To do so, you can create custom reports. Here's an article as your guide: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.
After customizing the report, you can memorize it so you won't go through the customization process again.
Let me know if there's anything else you need about exporting reports. I'll be around to help you.
