Welcome back to QuickBooks Online, @Merhill770. I'll walk you through exporting invoices to an Excel file.
Although exporting invoices from QuickBooks Online is unavailable, there are a few options based on the amount of information you need.
Here's how to export them in just few clicks:
1. Go to the Reports tab.
2. Enter the Invoice list in the search box, then enter.
3. Filter the Date period and hit Run report.
4. In the reports page, click the Export button then select Export to Excel.
When the data has been exported, you will be prompted with a confirmation message.
However, there isn't a way to export invoices outside of QuickBooks right now. You may export your invoices using third-party apps, and I recommend checking out some of these programs at quickbooks.apps.com.
You can also check this link for further details about exporting reports, lists, and data from QuickBooks Online.
In addition, if you wish to modify invoices, see this page on how to customize invoices in QuickBooks Online.
