I agree. Payment on hold since 8.8.20. No email. No explanation. Not I can’t get past automated in the phone and the idiots keep giving me the same merchant services link and phone number I CAN’T GET THROUGH TO BECAUSE PHONE NUMBER ISN’T RECOGNIZED They also refuse to give a call back or supervisor. This is a $5000 payment still on hold. Throw them all away!
Welcome to the Community, Cancelinghorribleagents!
As gayatriluthfias20 mentioned, the first set of batches you process with QuickBooks Payments will be held for five business days. If a further review is needed after our initial one, you'll receive an email from Intuit's Risk team. I'll provide some additional articles below which explain this process further.
While signed in, you can use some of the available options to get in touch with our Merchant Services support team:
1. Go to your Help (?) icon.
2. Click the Contact us button.
3. Enter a brief description of what you're contacting Intuit about in the Ask a question (or tell us what's wrong) field.
4. You'll be presented with a few methods to get in touch with a representative. Pick which one works best for you. To discuss specific details on your merchant account, choose Start a chat or Get a callback.
Here's a helpful article which covers their hours of operation and how to contact them: Contact Payments Support
As I mentioned above, I've also included some resources to help better understand how payment processing works:
If you have any questions, I'll be here to assist. Enjoy the rest of your day!
Thank you for your solutions but there are also a lot of bugs in your code and they don't work perfectly. The problem was resolved today but you guys could have addressed this early on ... it took 10 dys to get the money and I only was sent an email requesting info on day 7.
Someone can contact me if they want an itemized list of the bugs I crossed. Much of my problems were not user -error. I have QA experience with software and can offer you an itemized list of loops you send people on in your help system.
