Hello SirelJeaB, thank you for your response BUT your suggestions below do not work. I have twice started a chat and was told that I need to call a number that, when I call tells me to hang up and start a chat in QBO. An endless circle. I don't really understand why QBO would take something away and then tell us that we are ineligible? There wasn't a problem before, why now. Iam using SIABs suggestion and that works fine.
