Has anyone else experienced really bad customer service from support?
Yes! I have gotten calls to help me about 25 times in the first month after migration and only 3 of them resolved my issue and were extremely helpful. the other 22 of them didn't know any more than I did, were in another country and did not speak or communicate well. I have wasted hours, days of my work time trying to get help with no results. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY FAR!!!
