I'm glad to see you posting here in the Community space. I'm here to share some clarification about the report you need in QuickBooks Desktop Point of Sale.
For now, a report for held receipts is unavailable in QuickBooks. Since these are temporary storage of held transactions, the system unable to save it directly in the company file.
I know how beneficial for users to have this ability when running reports. It's a great suggestion that would benefit most users using Point of Sale.
While we assess this, I encourage you to submit feedback to our product engineers. We continue to improve the features and options based on user feedback.
Here's how to submit feedback:
- Open QuickBooks Desktop.
- Click the Help tab at the top menu bar.
- Hover your cursor to Send Feedback Online, then select Product Suggestion or Help System Suggestion.
