For now, the option to have an internal setting where the approver has to select a Yes or No to approve a specific online transaction within QuickBooks is unavailable.
In the meantime, you can utilize the user roles and access rights for your team in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This way, you can manage their roles and limit their access to specific tasks. You can also choose what they can see and do within different areas of QuickBooks like customers and sales or vendors and purchases.
