Help! Is there a report to show the date our invoices were emailed using QB Desktop?

Hello, @ToddG34292. We're here to address your concern about the report that shows the date of the emailed invoices in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

We understand that having a report that will show all the emailed invoices will be a great help to you and the business. However, it is currently unavailable. 

In the meantime, you can access the status flow of each invoice by opening it and clicking on the "See History" link. Refer to the list below to understand the various types of invoice statuses.

• Sent - It means that the invoice was sent already.
• Viewed - Your customer already received and opened the email.
• Paid - A payment has been entered for the invoice in QuickBooks.
• Deposited - A payment deposit has been recorded in the program.

Opening each invoice is very time consuming! Can I request this report be created/added ASAP? Thank you!

You certainly can, @ToddG34292. 

All you'll need to do to send a request to our Product Development Team is use the steps I've included below. Please know that our developers review each request and consider them all for future updates. 

1. Go to the Help menu at the top.
2. Select Send Feedback Online.
3. Click Product Suggestion.
4. Choose a feedback type and product area on the QuickBooks Feedback window. 
5. Enter your feedback, name, and email address (optional).
6. Once done, click on the Send Feedback button.
