Hey, How do I edit a customized invoice in QuickBooks Self-Employed? I was able to add my logo at one point, now I can't access any of the settings. Thanks

It's great to see you again in the Community forum, @sctrojan551.

 

You can always modify the invoice logo on the work info page. The steps will differ if you're using the web page or app.

 

 

Web

  1. From the left menu, select Invoices.
  2. Select Create Invoice or Edit an existing one.
  3. At the bottom, select Edit work info.
  4. Upload the file, then Save.

App

  1. From the main menu, select Settings.
  2. Click Your work info, then Edit your logo.
  3. Select Pick a file (alternatively, you can delete the existing logo).
  4. Upload the file and Save.

However, if you're referring to an invoice template, the option to customize isn't available for QBSE accounts. To learn more about QBSE invoicing, you can refer to this link: What's new with QuickBooks Self-Employed Invoicing?
