How can I copy an invoice link through the Quickbooks App so that I can paste the link in a text message to send to my customer?

Copying an invoice link from the QuickBooks App is easy as 1,2,3. You can follow the steps below to learn how. 

(Android devices)

1. From the menu, choose Invoices. 
2. Pick the invoice you wish to copy the link. 
3. In the upper right corner, click on the 3 dot menu. 
4. Hit Preview, then the 3 dot menu. 
5. Choose Send file, then pick the option you'd like to use to grab the link. For example, Link sharing. 
6. Copy the link and send to your customer.

After I click on preview I do not have the 3 dots. I just have send and the email address is already entered.

Since the option is unavailable in your QuickBooks Online mobile app, we can open QBO in a browser and do the process from there. 

I have the steps to send your customer a link to their invoice. Here's how:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Go to Sales from the menu and choose Invoices. 
   
    
3. Select the invoice you wish to copy the link. 
4. Tick More Actions and click Share invoice link. 
5. Once the window appears, hit Copy link. 
   
   

From there, you're ready to send your customer the invoice link.

You currently cannot produce a link to an invoice or using the mobile app on an iPhone anyway. Hopefully they will fix this. Having this invoice link is mandatory.

Something they can easily add and it takes years for them to implement the obvious things. Almost end of 2024 still no way to do it using mobile app
