It's not possible to create or edit the header of the template in QuickBooks. The header is already set as a default setting in the invoices, even if you're still using the old layout.
However, if you're referring to the form name in the header, it is possible to change it. You can create a custom template and modify the form name. Then, you can use this template when creating a Change Order.
Here's how:
When opening the invoice, make sure to select the modified template by going to the Design section. After that, you can click the Print and download button to verify if the changes apply.
