How can I create a purchase order from the android mobile app?

Let me guide you in the right direction on how to create a purchase order, aron4.

The Purchase order function button is currently unavailable in the mobile app version. You’ll have to open your QuickBooks via browser to enter the transaction.

Before we proceed, make sure the purchase order feature is already turned on. If you haven’t activated it, perform Step 1 in this article: Create and send purchase orders in QuickBooks Online.

When you’re ready, let’s go ahead and add the entry. It only takes a few clicks to carry out the tasks.

Here’s how:

  1. Click here to sign in to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  2. In your company, head to the New menu in the upper right to choose Purchase order under Vendorspo qbo.png
  3. Press the Vendor drop-down and select your supplier from the list.
  4. Input the transaction date.
  5. Enter the transaction details in the field boxes including the products or services.
  6. Press the Save and close or Save and send button to keep the entry.

This is what the transaction looks like after following the solution.po qbo.1.png
