How can I create a user where he can manage and feed the inventory, but can not make any bank transfer / movements? I have QuickBooks Plus. Thanks

Currently, the option to create that kind of user is unavailable in QuickBooks Online Plus. The Limited user type can add, edit, and delete vendors, products, and services. However, it allows access to the Pay Bills feature.

You'll want to consider upgrading to the Advanced version of QuickBooks Online. This way, you'll be able to customize the access for different user roles. The custom users can only access what they need to do their job in QuickBooks. Here's how to create a custom user:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Select Manage Users.
3. Go to the Users tab, then select Add user.
4. Choose Custom user, select Checks and Bills option from the Expense section (make sure not select All expense transactions & vendors).
5. Select the Inventory Management option from the Inventory section.
6. Enter the user’s name and email address, then select Save.

Then, your new user will quickly get an email from us. Please have them select the “Let’s go!” link in the email to be routed to the account creation page.

Once it's all set up and ready, this user can now manage your but unable to pay bills or view other transaction types under expenses.

As another option consider having an inventory management app. You don't need to give the user any access to your QBO account.
