Thank you for the reply. I may not have clear with my question. I have set PRICE RULES for specific customers. Is there a way to create a download an excel file and create a spreadsheet for each set of PRICE RULES by customer?

Your instructions are out of date for QBO. I was able to find the relevant info in the specific drop down box to create an Excel file. The point being I should not have to guess at how to do simple processes because QBO's instructions are not updated correctly for each version. The Excel file while useful takes a lot of data manipulation to create a meaningful report.
