Downloading and printing invoices allows you to maintain a physical or digital record of your transactions. Let's go to the Get paid & pay or Sales menu to do these in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
If you're using the new layout, follow these steps:
- Go to Get paid & pay or Sales and select Customers.
- Select the customer.
- From the Transaction List tab, find and select the invoice you want to download and print.
- Select Print or Download icon.
- If you want to print the statement, select the Print icon and print as you normally do.
- To save as a PDF, select the Download icon. Choose where you want to save it on your computer, then select Save.
