How can I fix the function of entering a sales receipt? My program stops working after entering only one sales receipt.

this is a recent problem.  after entering one sales receipt, I have to sign out of QB Online and restart it to be allowed to enter the next customer's sale.  can't/won't work like this.

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.
