How can I get cash to my checking account? I have an Android phone?

I know a way on how you can get cash from your QuickBooks Checking account, @eric-wissenbach-.

You must first sign up for QuickBooks Payments, after which you will receive a QuickBooks Checking account and a debit card if approved. You'll receive your debit card via mail within the next 7-10 business days.  All of your customer payments are deposited into this monthly fee-free checking account within QuickBooks.

After that, you'll have to connect an external bank account to be able to move money from and to your QB Checking account. Here's how:

  1. Open the Business overview menu, then click on Cash flow, then choose QuickBooks Checking.
  2. Click on Transfer and then choose to transfer money between your accounts. You're not going to transfer money yet. You just need to start the connection.
  3. Hit Add a bank.
  4. Fill in your bank's name and choose your Account Type.
  5. Fill in your account number and routing number.
  6. Once ready to connect, click on Next.

Within the next 3 days, QuickBooks will make two small deposits to the account. Go to QuickBooks to verify the transactions once you've seen the deposits in your account.

  1. Log in to QBO, open the Business overview, go to Cash flow, then choose Verify bank. Please note that some banks don't require verification. Instead, you can just choose Add to connect your bank.
  2. Fill in the two deposit amounts sent from QuickBooks.
  3. Once ready, click on Confirm.

To completely set up your QB Checking account, open this module and proceed to steps 3 to 4: Learn how to put money in and take money out of your QuickBooks Checking account.

For future reference, read this article about handling bank accounts in QBO: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

I'll be around if you need extra help with banking or QuickBooks in general. Keep safe always and have a nice day!

Sounds like you're might be mixing QBs functions.

When you are paid by a Client it should be entered into QBs as a Cash Sale to that Vendor (or generic Vendor if it's some sort of pop-up sales).  Then that Cash gets deposited at the Bank into (probably) your Checking Acct.

For the payments through your online sites, you'd fund them like you always do.  I'm guessing a Credit Card, but depending on the site it could also be an auto deduction from your Checking Acct.
