How can I minimize menus on iPad? General & customer menus open, hard to see invoice working on.

With update on iPad, there are 3 columns open and it’s too hard to read the invoice or estimate I’m working on.  Want to get rid of the general menu but there’s no arrow or x…

Clearing the app's data can help bring the option to minimize the General & Customer menu. This helps refresh the application and eliminates common issues that cause the said behavior. Clearing the app's data can be done on the app or on your phone settings.

 

Here's how to clear the app's data can be done on the app or on your phone settings.

  • For QuickBooks Online app:
    • iOS - Select the menu at the top right and then choose Help & Feedback. Then select Refresh Data and Refresh.
  • In your Phone Settings:
    • iOS - From your phone's settings, select Settings, then, click on General and choose iPhone Storage. Select an app that's taking up a lot of space. To free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select Offload App.

This is not the problem. I’ll try to screen shot and post.  I truly believe this is a new format since update and it’s just too hard to navigate and preview invoices.
