How can I remove the country from my company address as it appears on invoices. The country does not appear in the company info where it could be edited. It's automatic.

How can I remove the country from my company address as it appears on invoices. The country does not appear in the company info where it could be edited. It's automatic.

I know the steps that would help you accomplish what you're trying to do, editfred.
 

You can use the Custom Form Style function to remove the country from your invoices. This functionality also enables you to incorporate additional details for a personalized touch to your sales transactions.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
  2. Look for the template that you're using. If you haven't created one, you are automatically using the Standard template. 
  3. Click the Edit link under the Action column.
  4. Proceed to the Content tab.
  5. Click the header section of the invoice.
  6. Choose Address in the right-hand side, then click Hide country.
  7. Click Done to save your changes. 

 

 

After that, the country will no longer show up when sending or printing invoices.

Thanks so much. Because the address choice has a plus sign, it didn't occur to me it was an edit function. Still learning the ropes.
