To check if a statement has been emailed to a customer, you can review the Audit Log. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select Audit Log.
- Pick the User.
- In the Date Changed dropdown, click the desired period.
- Choose Statements in the Events dropdown.
Regarding the list of emails sent to customers given a range of dates, you can also refer to the Audit Log by filtering the date range.
Finally, you can view emails to your customers if you enable the option to email a copy to your email address. Please refer to the steps below:
- Go to the Gear icon and choose Account and Settings.
- Tap the Sales tab. Find the Messages section and click the pencil icon.
- Tick the Email me a copy at (email address) checkbox.
- Hit Save, then Done.
