How can I transfer customers from one QBO account to another while retaining stored credit card info? Export of customer info does not retain card information.

I can share some insights about transferring your QuickBooks Online (QBO) data from one account to another.

QBO is unable to entirely transfer your data and transactions between accounts. Just like payroll transactions, credit card information cannot be transferred from one account to another because this is private information which requires to be entered manually. You'll want to reenter it in the new account.

We offer 3rd party services (e.g migrating vendors bank details or attachments) but don't bring this while performing the migration. However we may consider helping to resolve this issue after looking at your account and doing some sample data to migrate.

I mean, you are telling me you cannot transfer a customer's credit card that is stored on file with you all to another quickbooks account?  That seems like Intuit should have this information encrypted and be able to do this as a pretty standard function.
