How can I view the quantity on hand using the mobile app? I can view the price but not the quantity.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app is working as designed. Thus, viewing the quantity on hand of an item via a mobile app isn't available.

In the meantime, I suggest checking the quantity on hand through a web browser. Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QBO account through a web browser.
2. Click Sales from the left menu, then select Product and Services.
3. Review the quantity on hand from the QTY On Hand column.

I would like to confirm the need of such feature (to check the quantity on hand through the mobile app). In fact, checking on hand quantity through the mobile application was one of my major reasons to joint QuickBooks, unfortunately it was not available.

It would be appreciated if you may share our request to add this feature with the development team at QuickBooks.

You may have an inventory management app to do so and integrate it with your QBO account.

Hi, can you please share the app you mentioned? How can you integrate it to quickbooks too? 

On the other hand, why will someone pay for a quickbooks plus subscription (which includes inventory options) and then pay for another app to monitor the inventory which is Quickbooks job?

They offer a free plan with limited features.

Now is 2024, still initial quantity on hand not in mobile app. QB sucks!

1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
2. On the top right-corner, click the Gear icon.
3.  Select Feedback and then enter your comments or product suggestions.
4. Once ready, click Next to submit feedback
