The Banking menu in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is located on the left navigation panel. We can click the Hamburger icon to expand the menu in case you're unable to see it. Here's how:

Once your bank and credit card account is connected, QuickBooks automatically downloads your recent transactions. You may want to consider categorizing them in the For Review tab to keep your data accurate.
