How do I change my password to send invoices through quickbooks

Hello there, poliver2123.

 

Let's get this sorted out so you'll get to send your invoices again through QuickBooks.

 

If you're using webmail, you need to reset your email account's password. Open your email provider's website (like Yahoo/Gmail), then update your password.

 

If you're using QuickBooks Email, you need to update it in the One Intuit Account Manager. You can manage your information by performing the following steps:

 

  1. Go to the Company menu.
  2. Select My Company.
  3. Click the Manage Your Account button.
  4. Select Sign In.
  5. Enter your email in the Email or user ID field.
  6. Click the I forgot my user ID or password link.
  7. From there, change your password.

Once done, try to send your invoices again. If you're still unable to send your invoices because it'll not accept your newly created password, there are 3 steps that you can perform.
