How do I change the Units of Measure in QBO?

Welcome to the Community! Allow me to give you some insight into changing the Units of Measure within your QuickBooks Online account. 

As of now, changing the Units of Measure is only available within QuickBooks Desktop version. 

I can see how beneficial this could be for your business. I recommend submitting feedback to our Product Developers so they can consider this in the near future. They take the time to review every request and try to add them to the next available update for QuickBooks. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Gear (Settings) icon in the top right-hand corner. 
2. Select Feedback. 
3. Enter your concerns and suggestions. Tap Next to submit your feedback.

You need to have an additional app with such feature to integrate with QBO or switch to QB Desktop Premier/Enterprise.
