Hello there, @mike158.
To ensure that I'm on the same page, are you needing to arrange or modify your print settings? If so, you can print it with the following steps:
Meanwhile, if you're trying to customize the purchase order template, this option is currently unavailable. I recommend using a third-party app that can integrate with QBO. This way, you'll have options to configure PO the way you wanted to. Just go to the Apps menu or through the QuickBooks App Centre.
Feel free to read this article on what other forms you can print: How to Print Sales Forms?
Just click the Reply button if you have other queries. I'm here to help you out. Have a pleasant day.

Thank you for the reply. I am trying to add a column to my P.O. so that my vendors can see the SKU number of the parts i am ordering. Since that seems not to be available in QB online I will look at the other software options.
If I am understanding this correctly, it seems counterintuitive that a SKU will not automatically pull from an estimate to a purchase order. This is only one of three key identifiers on a PO. I've reached out to Intuit on several occasions with no response :(
Keeping this issue afloat.
We tried Zoho Books and were amazed that it has all the features we wish was on Quickbooks. Maybe they are reading all the UNFULFILLED AND LONG OVERDUE FEATURE REQUESTS in this Quickbooks Community and then apply it to their software.
The only reason we haven't transferred yet is because we are already using Quickbooks for several years now and we don't want to mess up our existing data (by human error) while transferring to another program.
When you request a feature in Quickbooks, they will acknowledge it and will just give us (WE, THE MONTHLY PAYING CUSTOMERS) a WORK AROUND and a PROMISE. I really hope we can already transfer to another program, hopefully Zoho Books, soon.
