Currently, customizing the credit memo isn't an option, Francesca. However, you can indirectly do this by personalizing the look of the Standard template on the Custom form styles page. I'll guide you on how to complete this.
The Standard default template represents all your forms. Any modifications made to it will be automatically applied to all your forms. To do this, here's how:
- Select Settings ⚙ and then Custom form styles.
- Find the Standard template.
- Select Edit in the Action column.
- In the Design tab, add your logo.
- Go to the Content tab to adjust or manage the columns.
- Select Done.
After that, you can create a credit memo or apply one to an invoice to view the update you make.
