How do I delete duplicate category items?

Good to hear that you group your products and services into categories to keep things organized. To delete duplicates, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to the Sales menu. 
2. Select Product and Services. 
3. From the More drop-down arrow, click Manage categories. 
4. All your category items are listed there, click the Edit drop-down arrow.
5. Click Remove. 
6. Hit OK to confirm. 

Also from the Product Categories page, you can add new categories, instead of clicking the + Add new when creating a new Product/Service.
