I'll show you the steps on how you can deposit customers' payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Here's how:
- Click the +New icon and select Bank deposit.
- From the Account drop-down menu, choose the account you want to deposit the money into.
- Select the box for each payment you want to deposit.
- Click Save and close.
In addition, if you wanted to see the list of your deposits together with its details, you can run the Deposit Detail report. Just follow these steps:
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Scroll down to the Sales and customers section.
- Select the Deposit Detail report.
