How do I edit previously saved information that automatically generates into the body of the statements?

Every time I send statements (monthly) there is information that auto populates into the body of the statement email and I have not been able to locate where it can be edited for all future statements.

How do I edit previously saved information that automatically generates into the body of the statements?

I've got the steps to edit your Statements in QuickBooks Online (QBO), fsbc.

In QBO, we can easily make changes to our customer statements and our different transactions. That includes editing the previously saved information.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, select Account and setting

  2. From the Sales tab, go to the Message section.
  3. From the Sales form dropdown list, choose Statement

  4. Edit the message or make necessary changes.
  5. Click Save and then Done
