How do I get a list of customer addresses from 2017 to 2022/

I can share a report that can do this, @celaineryan.

You can use the Customer list report to include the customer address. Since the report will show your customer's billing address. Let me show you how:

  1. Click Reports.
  2. On the search field, enter Customer Contact List.
  3. Click the Gear icon on the upper-right side of the report.
  4. Click the Show more link.
  5. Put check marks on the Billing address, Shipping address, Create date and last modified.
  6. Press on your screen to refresh the report.

In addition, here's an article that you can read to help better manage your customer's information in QuickBooks Online:

You can also customize reports on how you want it to show. Please check this article for future reference: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.

Please don't hesitate to add a comment below if you have other concerns or questions. I'll always have your back.

Hi @celaineryan,

Rishika here from Better Reports!

I think our app Better Reports can show this easily. I have attached a screenshot below that shows the sample customer details report.

It is also possible to filter the report for a specific period, and schedule the reports to be sent automatically to your email or Google drive at a regular cadence.

Also, there are other built-in reports available like “Customer Balance Summary”, “Profit and Loss by Customer”, etc. We can create custom reports as well, based on your business requirements.

What do you think?
